Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Idaho

rental law/housing law

Hello: I'am wondering if there are housing/tendent laws, which requires the landlord to comply with distruptive tenendt grevences. For instance, if a tendent is constantly calling the landorld for assistance regarding an intential, hardfooted, late night, early morning disturbances of an other tendent, is the landorlord responsable for addressing the issue? Please help befor this becomes out of hand by either party.

Landlord has a covenant of Quiet Enjoyment, meaning yes, the disturbances are the LL's duty to deal with. If not (after written notice sent certified mail) go to the cops, then notice to vacate.

I would need to review your written lease for a legal opinion, but generally, above would apply to most tenant situations.
