Real estate sold. Contract amount never paid - Can I file a lien on buyers property.

Did you sell under a real estate contract or a deed of trust? There is insufficient information here to answer your question. Deeds of Trust are foreclosed upon, either judicially or non-judicially. Real estate contracts are fpreclosed upon by means of a very specific procedure. You shoul dseek the advice of a competent real estate lawyer immediately. Good Luck!
