adultry in illinois laws

i have a question on adultry, if one of the spouses comit adultry does that individual losse all right on getting any of the property and child custody

Not in the least. It can certainly be one of many factors in determining custody, however there is not a blanket rule that if one commits adultery, then one cannot have custody of a minor child.
