Extension of stay

What defense can you give a judge to stay a sale? The judge has give 40 days and the defendent needs 19 more days to close.

There are a few but you should do a motion to continue the sale. I suggest that you have an attorney assist - it shouldn't be too much and he can plead your case. Any questions feel free to give me a call.
