I the renter received an eviction by the association due to owner not paying association dues. what should I do?

Hello. You should immediately contact the owner and I suggests you hire an attorney. If you

have a lease, the provisions of the lease may have been violated by the owner. Take immediate action.

I agree w/ Mr. Braden. There are ways to retain your lease but you will need legal guidance and your lease may give you the right to charge the landlord with the costs and expenses of doing so. A foreclosure may be involved as well. If an association evicts for non-payment of assessments it has the right to find a tenant who will pay the assessments and that can protect you. But doing it alone could be risky.
