Legal Question in Disability Law in Illinois
i have a step son who will not move out. hes 18, going to be 19. He has tried to force a physical altercation and when I pushed him out of my bedroom he called the Police. How do I get him out of there?

Follow the eviction laws. Give him 30 days notice as indicated by statute and then file an eviction case.
