Legal Question in Administrative Law in Illinois

Civic group or club beginings
I was wondering what a group has to do legally to be noticed as a civic group or club. Are there specific requirements that have to be followed in the development? Does it have to have aboard of directors? Any information you could give me, or direction to find information will be greatly appreciated.

Hello. There are certain

requirements in the State

of Illinois with regard to

corporations, civic groups

and the like. I suggests that

you call the Office of the

Secretary of State and ask

them to send their publication

on the topic.
