Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois

AMending a Bankruptcy where a creditor was omitted

In Oct. 2000 We filed a chapter 11 Bankruptcy and somehow one creditor was omitted. We learned this when we recently received a bill from them and after repeated notification to them of the bankruptcy reviewed the listing of creditors and found them not on the list. How can we amend the Bankruptcy to include this creditor. The debt is over $2ooo.oo and needs to be included. Thank you.--name removed--

If you had an attorney in your chaper 11 case, hire him or her to do this for you. If you didn't have an attorney in your chaper 11 case, then hire one to do this for you, as chaper 11 cases are too complex to handle without one.
