Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois

I filed for a chapte 13 adn my atty. forgot to add a creditor & didn't calculate the correct amount for re-payment and now it is much more a mo. to the trustee! Do I have any re-course?

I don't know, without knowing the basis for the payment amount there is no way to answer this question. Have you asked your attorney why it's so much higher? Was the debt that was not included a secured debt? I imagine if it was an unsecured debt it wouldn't have had much impact on your payment.
