Re: bankruptcy on judgements

I have dealt with these car accident judgments in the past and have been successful in eliminating these judgments through bankruptcy. After the bankruptcy is filed the state agency that suspended the license must be notified and your boyfriend's license should be reinstated. Please feel free to give me a call. ph. (800) 303-0720

Re: bankruptcy on judgements

It is a shame that you didn't contact a bankruptcy attorney sooner, as a bankruptcy filing could have eliminated the license suspension, as well as the debt. As the situtation is now, a bankruptcy will have to be filed, the debt discharged in bankruptcy, and then the Secretary of State's office notified of the discharge, and then the DL and CDL will be reinstated. But, this would not be overnight. Please advise in what county you reside. Good Luck!
