Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois

BK 7 Amendment

Upon pro se filing of a chapter 7 BK , trustee informed me that an amendment to Schedules B and C would have to be made to include anticipated refund of income taxes. Is there a special form to use? and can personal loans to individuals which i borrowed and past due state taxes be included in debts owned, but reaffirmed. The anticipated refund is intended to pay off personal loans made by friends and state taxes due. I need to offset the additional monies(refund) with these personal loans and state taxes so that my ratios are in line, so i can clear these debts as well. I dont want the court to think i have more money that i really dont have and try to take my taxes.

thanks,

Re: BK 7 Amendment

The amendment is made with an amendment form, that basicaly states what schedule you are amending and for what amounts, tax refunds need to go on sched b and to claim what portion you can exempt under Ill. law goes on sched c .
