Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois
chapter 13 after a chapter 7
my wife and filed chapter 7 bankruptcy in 1999. the bankruptcy was also discharged. my question is can we file a chapter 13 bankruptcy now so we dont lose are home to forecloser?
