Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois
I was convinced by employee of a a lawyer in ILL to settle credit card debt they were settled but my credit is bad from doing so. The lawyer told me before I let him have the case he would clean my credit up since then he has been barred and I'm left with a bad credit score.Is there any action I can take against him for this mess.

If you don't pay your bills you get bad credit. I am not certain what was said, but there would not be much relief for you.
