What does a Motion of Abandon and for relief from Automatic Stay of Personal Property mean?

It would appear to me that you left some personal property behind someplace. Perhaps you left some items in an apartment, your house or maybe a storage unit. The person who filed the motion is asking the court to lift the automatic stay---which is put in place upon the filing of the bankruptcy. This means the person is seeking an order from the bankruptcy court which allows them to seize the personal property in question.
