can i file bankrupsy on a chapter 13

i filed bankrupsy back in march 2001,iam in debt with no way out can i file a chapter 13?. and can i file against back federal/state taxes,and on judgements against me allready.

Chapter 13 can consolidate your debt, including the tax obligations that you have. This payment plan will be based on your monthly income.

Yes. chalter 13 implies that you have the ability to pay these debts in a reasonable time. Taxes are generally not dischargeable but can be included in a plan. Judgments are fair game too.
