i have filed for bankruptcy and have paid 600.00 of the 1100.00 dollar fee and am not able to pay the remaining balance and would like to with drawl the bankruptcy until i can completely pay the fees. would i get money back and about how much and would this cause any problems when i do choose to file again?

You should get what ever portion back that was not used as part of file set-up and nominal task of your case. It does nothing to effect your future bankruptcy filing.
