Client consent
I am a contractor. I have before and after
photo's of clients homes I would like to
use in my advertising. Do I need written
consent, and if so are there examples of
consent forms?

Your best course of action is to obtain consents. In the future, you should have a consent and disclosure clause in your contract. There are no forms that I can suggest based on the information provided.
