How much information must employers disclose to prospective employees?

Your question is a bit vague. If you are referring to company finances, customer lists, etc., then I would say no disclosure whatsoever would be required, nor probably even prudent. If you mean rate of pay, benefits, hours, job descriptions, then I can't think of any reason why you wouldn't want to provide that information.
