manipulated buy out of controling shares

i developed a cafe..got a partner..he would only do it if his profit shares were higher because he was 40 & i 23..so i said sure..especially knowing that big profits would take a lifetime & he has a family..plus i could use a boost. So i end up signing corporation papers..''giving him 60% profit,,NO... 60% of everything..which means i own nothing..

I got screwed out of my baby..I changed the zoning on the building..build it from scratch..while he watched & stole..how do i stop this. please help.
