Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
Does a person still have a chance to break a contract and get a refund on their credit card within 3 business days? Can we go in person to business to cancel or do we need to mail a certified letter?

It must be a consumer transaction. You should go in person. If there was any product or service received in exchange for the credit transaction, you must return it.
