Political products
I was about to start a business selling products with (ex:) ''clinton08'' on them. Everyting was ready to go with product, website, etc. A goverment lawyer told me I could not. I see these products all over the internet. What would be the reason why I can't. Thank you.

Hello. In my opinion you would have
to ask permission to display this product online. You may see other products similar to your idea online,
but these individuals could have legal
problems later down the line. From
your posting I am unable to determine
how the government lawyer contacted
you and from which government agency
he came. If you were to copyright
your idea, then you would be in a
better position to challenge an objec-
tion to your plans. I will be happy
to discuss this with you further.
