Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
My first statement/bill from a professional included "discounts". A few months later, the discounts were removed. Is it legal to remove discounts?

Any attorney will say it depends on why the discounts were given in the first place. And why they were removed. A review of all contacts, facts and circumstances is needed before your question can be answered. Consult with a good business attorney in your area for specific advice.

Why dont you just ask why they were removed and if the answer is not to your liking, then contact an attorney.
