suspension due to a complaint
my boyfriend was put on suspension due to a complaint being made on him at a tow truck company. but the complaint has never been seen by my boyfriend.and his dad has called the lady who had supposedly made the complaint and the number he called the women there says that there is no one by that specific name who lived there. so how do we find out if there was a real complaint made or if it was a bogus set-up? and do you know who we can call other then a lawyer cause we have called the dept. of labor and another lawyer. please could you give us some answers.
