Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Illinois

I Am Currently Attending College At 19 And In Order To Get Financial Aid, I Need My Mom's Tax Transcripts. However, She Lives Out Of State And Is Unwilling To Give Me Her Information. Unfortunately, I Cannot Finish The Information Without Her Because

1.) I Am Not Able Till The Age Of 24

2.) The Only Way Of Doing So Is Either Being Married Or Having A Child (And I Am Not Ready For Either!)

I Was Wanting To Get Emancipated To See If I Could Do It To Make Things Easier On Me. However, Going Through Illinois State Laws, I Need To Be 16-18 And Prove That I Am Living On My Own And Providing For Myself.

Is This True?

And If So, What Are My Other Options?
