is it legal for a senior citizen to sign over estates within 24 hours of leaving a hospital?

Hello. The legal issue is whether the

senior citizen was forced or coerced

against their will to sign over their

property. The actual terminology is

"undue influence." What constitutes

an illegal act under these circumstances is the degree to which

the elderly person acted independently. In other words if the

elderly person voluntarily signed over their property, that is not illegal. However, if the elderly person was not alert, was ill or was lied to and this was the reason they signed over their property, then that's illegal. I will be happy to discuss this further and in more detail.
