Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Illinois

Can I sue over this?

My question is: What are the privacy rights of a person's address published in the newspaper? My name was not included just my address. I had a parolee staying for only 3 weeks in my home and was causing problems. I wanted him to leave because he was a bad influence on my minor son. This ended up in the newspaper. Can I sue over this? And where can I find an attorney?

Re: Can I sue over this?

There is no legal prohibition against a newspaper publishing a citizen's address, or any other matter of public record, in the context of a legitimate news story.
