An unknown guy keeps harassing me by via text. i continue to tell him stop texting me and he completely ignores. please advise what to do

Go to your local police Station and fill out a report. Also, be sure to get a detailed copy of your phone bill to prove the source of the text messages. If you feel it is necessary, you can obtain an Emergency Order of Protection if you go to the Police station or County courthouse and ask how to obtain one. You will have a brief hearing before a judge and that judge may issue one based on your testimony.
