I am not exactly sure what you are asking, but here are some thoughts.

1. You will need a model release from any models whom you photograph. Do not use any minors!

2. You will probably need a copyright licensing agreement for the site to license your images.

3. You should check with local counsel to see what is considered "contemporary community standards" concerning your images and whether they will be considered illegal.

4. You may need some sort of website development agreement concerning the responsibilities, liabilities, and payments for the site.
