Is it legal to post my name and birthdate and city of residence on a website without my express authorization? The website birthdetails.com doesn't have a provision for removal.

Yes, unless the poster knows or has reason to know that such posting will cause you imminent severe harm, such as for example if you were in a witness protection program using another identity. Otherwise, that is simply publicly available information. Your birth certificate is a public document. Your residence is easily found public information, unless you are living a double life or living under a false identity. Your name is obviously public, assuming it is the name you normally use.
