Non-Profit Donations Web Page Links

Are there any federal or state regulations specifically covering links to donors of Non-profit groups? Specifically, is it allowed to post a web-link to commercial, political or for-profit which have donated to a non-profit organization? (Located in Chicago but serving the world)

There is no specific law on this issue that I can find. I would say that your best bet is to make sure that your links are on a page clearly delineating that these businesses are donors. I would also add some verbiage to state that these businesses have no other affiliation and/or control of your organization. Finally, before posting any links, make sure it's ok with the donors that you do so... they may not want the publicity...
