Legal Question in Technology Law in Illinois

Hello. I own a website and use google adsense, analytics, and have a chatbox. Is just a privacy policy enough for my website, or do I need to have a terms of use and other tabs as well?

If you look around the web at the bottom of most web sites you will find links to "terms of service" or "terms of use" which are usually the same, the site's "privacy policy" and, increasingly, a link to "security" which notes the measures that the site takes to ensure the security of users' transactions with it.
