Hello. I am sorry to hear that you had this bad experience. In my opinion you can hand out these leaflets as long as your protest is peaceful and the information on the leaflets is accurate. I will be happy to discuss this further and in more detail. You may need a permit to assemble in front of the doctor's office since it is likely you will be assembled on the public way.
