Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Illinois
I have a Public Defender, he has refused to do some pretty basic discovery. He requested that the Judge have me take a psyche examination without the Judge hearing from me. What are my options to contest this order?

One option is to fire the PD and ask the court to reconsider the order.
