Liens renewable?

I have a sub-contractors lien on a property - it is almost expired. My question is: is it renewable or do I have to foreclose now?

The lien is not renewable. You must file a complaint with the clerk of the court no later that 2 years after you last did significant work on the property or delivered goods there.
