Mechanics Lein/ New Construction

Where can I find the document ''section 24'' or Section 60/5 60/21 regarding the time frame granted for a sub-contractor to file a mechanics lein on new construction? I need to have this info printed out to show a title company. The other info I was given is 770 ILCS 60-24, to look for this in. Thank you!

The section is a part of the statutes of Illinois. Illinois statutes are codified, meaning compiled into books. Those books are available in law libraries and some public libraries. You can go to your local courthouse, ask for the law library, and ask the law librarian to pooint you in the direction of that statute.
