Is there a 3 day cool off law in Illinois?
I got the car home and don't like it. What are my rights?
I know that states are different... I am concerned about the affidavit of spot of delivery. That was misrepresentation on the salesman. He also added a Military discount. I am not in the Military. Also, my contract doesnt have correct down payments. Would that make a difference on being able to give it back and get my old car back? Thanks!

The three day right to cancel applies only to refinancing your residence and door to door sales, or if it isincluded in the contract you signed.
