Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois
We were dealing with a company that went out of bussiness. We were paying the compant each month ( Morgage payment) until we received mail stating that the company is no longer and the parties has filed for bankrupcy and the home is involved. WE don't know who to contact to she if the houseis going into foreclosure or what. Please help
