Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois
Can I sue a company for 2 unauthorized withdraws from my Bank Account after I contact them to close out a 30 day trial offer and which they gave me back a refund and told me the subscription was closed?

Are you saying that you already received a refund for the a unauthorized withdrawals? If so, how are you damaged ? If not, then you can, but I would suggest trying a demand letter first.
