Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois

no terms and conditions stated when purchasing a service

I signed up for a free music download service off the internet. On the web page it says it costs $1 a month. Nothing else was said about the cost. There was no link for terms and conditions. So I entered my credit card numbered and a few days later I recieved an email saying I had signed up for a group called New Healthy Savings and got charged $48 for 2 months of unlimited downloads. Again, I never agreed to have my card charged for that amount, and I was not informed of the cost before I entered my credit card. I was only expecting a $1 charge for the first month and then after trying the service out for one month I planned on canceling. Is there a law about posting terms and conditions on internet sites? I've looked over and over the whole website looking for cost information and none is listed. The company says they can not refund my credit card. They can only unsubcribe me from the new healthy savings plan. I want my money back, the download service does not even work.
