Can I collect on a default judgment?

After default judgment entered against a dissolved partnership, can I collect against the individual partners when each was not listed individually therein the complaint?

Generally, the answer is "yes." While there may be some exceptions to this general rule, I would need to know the specific facts of your case to render any formal opinion.
