cashed my last two payroll checks at crrency exchange company had no money in account now currency exchange after me

If you borrowed money you have to pay. They can sue you for the money (and probably will) and that can cause your credit to plummet and possibly allow them to take further steps to collect against your personal property or your paycheck.

If you find yourself in over your head with debt and you have a lot of creditors after you, you may consider bankruptcy. If this is something you think you might want to do, feel free to give us a call.

If you signed a document agreeing to be liable to the loans, you will not have a defense against the currency exchange, however, you may have a cause of action against your employer for unpaid wages. You should consult with an attorney and file a wage claim.
