Final Aid loan
I have file bankrupcy, but i stll have a big student loan that already in defaulty. I have a third party trying to garnish my wages. They want me to file up a form so they can start collection. please advice.

If you have already filed bankruptcy, no one can garnish your wages while you are in bankruptcy. If it is for a dischargeable debt that existed prior to filing, they cannot garnish your wages. You should contact your bankruptcy attorney.
