Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

Forcible entry and detainer

I pay the mortgage on a single family home within a Homeowners Association. Due to a past due debt of outstanding association dues, they have turned it over to legal action not willing to accept payments. Now served a summons for forcible entry and detainer. 1. what happens? Does court give you time to pay before they can evict you? 2. If I can pay whole amount does the summons get dismissed? LOOSING EVERYTHING DUE TO MORTGAGE SCAM; PLEASE HELP WITH THIS....
