Just found out about a rule to show cause!!
I have received no documents and I've not even lived in the state for over 2 years. Cannot afford to fly to the court date and right now I have 19.00 to my name. Cannot pay either. Seriously considering retaining counsel for bk.

Obviously it costs money to file for bankruptcy, especially if you want to retain an attorney to represent you through the proceedings. Give me a call and we can discuss your options. Sorry, since your post doesn't give a whole lot of detail, that's all I can give in return.
