Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

RE: Joint Venture Agreement

Yes, I paid $5000 back in May 2006 toward a $10000 time share upgrade to a now estranged friend. We both signed a Joint Venture Agreement. I do have his home address, etc. I have not taken any of the trips or cruises. Do I just demand full reimbursement or request from him to provide me with the necessary documents to plan my trips, etc.? The Term of the agreement states that the agreement shall continue until the time share upgrade travel, etc. have been completed, unless parties agree to discont. & reimburse. for any unused portion of the agreement. Thanks in advance.

An attorney would need to review your "Joint Venture Agreement" to render an opinion on what you can do.
