In order to serve a Rule to Show Cause can I serve the defendant's lawyer an Alias Summons for the defendant in a civil case?

No - there is typically a form Rule to Show cause - depending on where you are located - i.e. the county. , you have to serve that rule on the respondent, not the attorney.
