Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

I owe back child support. I am now collecting SSI and have been for some time. My son is now 27 years old, My ex-wife makes a huge amount of money. She has never pursued my child support but the courts have judgements against me and it has ruined my chances to better myself or have any credit. Is there anything I can do. Also I don't think my ex-wife would excuse me from my debt.

The child support is not dischargeable in a bankruptcy. It is collectible forever and accrues 9% interest. Nothing you can do.
