Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

i received an summons to appear in court with my name but the exhibits a & b belongs to a different person for the same company. i tried calling the number on the summons and it doesn't work. what can i do when i get to court

Unfortunately, sometimes court papers get screwed up. If the exhibits do NOT relate to you, you have a few choices, all of which are to file one or another kind of court paper. I recommend you get an attorney involved who can look at the court papers that were served on you, and help you file the correct papers in response.
