can a rent to own company get a warrant to have police enter your home to retrieve merchandise that you had a lease agreement for? and is it or would it be considered stolen merchandise? because your past due on payments?

I suppose it is possible, but does not seem very likely to me that the police would get involved in something like this. They would probably tell the rental company that it is a civil matter. I am not a criminal law expert, but I would think they would have to arrest you and then take the items as evidence. But anything is possible. Why don't you just let the rental company pick up the items?
