rent to own furniture company says they can have me arrested.

I have 2 kids and I''m recently divorced. I rent a TV from a rental company called Rentone. They keep leaving nasty notes on my door and now say that they can have a warrant issued for my arrest if I dont pay or give it back by Friday. The way I understand it...they can't really do anything but report it to their insurance company......what is the deal..can they have a warrant issued for me?

They would need to file a repossession law suit against you and place the court order with the sheriff who would then come and sieze the property in question. This of course can only be done if you are in violation of the rental agreement, i.e. if you are late with payments.
